Signs of Poor Sleep
In the last 100 years we have dropped 20% in total number of hours we sleep at night. Poor sleep can be linked to depression, poor sports performance and strength in athletes, obesity, sickness and some show an increase in ADD / ADHD in our children. My colleague Michael Wines calls a good night’s sleep the “most underutilized performance tool on earth”.

Signs you don’t get enough sleep:
- Bad skin
- Gaining weight
- Crave junk food
- Low libido
- Require caffeine
- Moody and depressed
Fix your sleep:
- Go to bed and get up at same time regardless of day
- Avoid electronics within 1-2 hours before bed
- Avoid eating a few hours before bed
- Sleep in a cool room
- Cut out evening alcohol
